1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the swerte77 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile-optimized site, and any related services operated under the swerte77 brand ("Platform"). swerte77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at swerte77's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the swerte77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. swerte77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, swerte77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your swerte77 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. swerte77 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swerte77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify swerte77 immediately. swerte77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

swerte77 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

swerte77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may require a qualifying deposit or specific player action to activate.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the swerte77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

swerte77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, swerte77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the swerte77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your swerte77 account.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft.

8. Responsible Gaming

swerte77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swerte77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The swerte77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. swerte77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by swerte77

swerte77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if swerte77 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, swerte77 may forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your swerte77 account at any time by contacting the swerte77 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the swerte77 Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

14. Amendments
